Mixed Vegetable Salad Chat

Vegetable salad is a comfort food for me, its so easy to make and so healthy too and no extra calories. When making salads we use different kinds of vegetables that provides us with different nutrients required, just from a single bowl. It is a best substitute for food or snacks for those who are controlling their diet. Usage of different colored vegetables provides us various Vitamins, Anti-oxidants and Minerals. So the more vegetables we use the more better it would be. Instead of making the plain salad always, preparing it like a chat will always make kids to love it.It is so filling and tasty too. Lets see how to prepare it.

(Serves 2 Bowls)

  1. Chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup

  22. Choose your favorite summer vegetables for a raw salad. For not-so-favorite vegetables, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill them lightly to enhance the flavor. Don't over-grill the vegetables or they will be too soft for a summer salad.
