Biscuit Chocolate Balls | Choco Biscuit Balls | No Bake No Cook Chocolate Balls

How about an easy to make, no bake no cook, snack or sweet with just few ingredients.  These biscuit chocolate balls can be made in a jiffy and kids will love it, just 3 ingredients will give you the best tasting chocolate balls. I have used cadbury's hot chocolate powder here, but you can use chocolates too, just melt the chocolate bars and replace instead of the hot chocolate powder, it will just taste heavenly!! Since biscuits and the hot chocolate powder is already sweet I did not add any extra sugar or any sweetening agent but if you wish you can add some powdered sugar. You can also turn it into nutty bites, by adding some roasted and chopped almonds or walnuts or even peanuts. I have used ghee as it gives a nice flavor to the choco balls, but you can replace it with melted butter too. You can customize it according to your taste, and that's the best part I love in these no bake no cook chocolate biscuit balls.

INGREDIENTS

Makes 6 to 8 balls
Total Preparation Time - 3 minutes
  1. Milk Bikis Biscuit / Any sweet biscuits - 1 pack (100 grams)
  2. Cadbury's hot chocolate powder - 2 tablespoons
  3. Milk - 2 spoons
  4. Ghee / Butter - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION METHOD

  • Crumble biscuit in a blender or put inside a zip-lock bag and bang well using a meat tenderizer or hammer to crumble it, set aside. Reserve some for coating the chocolate balls, just a spoon will do.
  • Take a dry clean bowl and add the biscuit crumbles, ghee, chocolate powder and mix well using your hands. Once done, sprinkle milk and mix well.
  • Once you are able to hold the mixture into a ball, pinch small portions from the dough and roll them smoothly into bite sized balls. Roll these balls in biscuit crumbles and hot chocolate powder.
  • Serve or refrigerate and serve!! (you can also serve it as pops by inserting toothpicks or lollipop sticks)

TIP 1: You can add some melted butter instead of ghee and you can also replace hot chocolate powder with melted chocolate. To melt chocolate either microwave it or double boil it and then use it.

TIP 2: If you want to add some extra sweetness add some powdered sugar according to your wish. Add some roasted nuts if you want it nutty. You can also add some more ghee if you wish to get more flavor!!

TIP 3: I have just crumbled the biscuits, you can powder them too its upto your wish, crumbling them lets you taste small tit bits of the biscuits, whereas powdering them will give you smoother balls.

Super delicious and chocolaty biscuit balls are now ready!!
