Hot Chicken Capsicum Curry | Chicken And Capsicum Curry | Using Coconut

Hot Chicken curry is one of my favorites, because of its spiciness, taste and also because I love chicken. This curry is a perfect accompaniment for Chapathi, Roti, Poori and also Rice. I love it with Crispy Dosa also!! Chicken is yummy and also healthy it has a lot of protein content, if it is de-skinned has less fat and cholesterol. Those who are health conscious can de-skin the chicken and then use it for preparing recipes. Now lets see how to prepare this hot yummy curry!!

  1. I meant to post this earlier but I got interrupted by my boss=my daughter.
This dish is my favorite, I love chicken curry and the hotter the better. Unfortunately during my pregnancy and breastfeeding I couldn't eat any hot food so right now I'm not sure I can handle it :( But I'll give it a try.
Are you a professional cook or just very passionate, like my mom?
