Hi friends check out my 6th guest post that has been published at Sireesha's Space!!
Vendakkai Sambar - No Tomatoes, No Tamarind
This is a very easy to make yet tasty sambar that has been one of my signature recipe at home. The best part is, I haven't used tomatoes or tamarind here, but it still tastes so good. Just some spoonful of sambar powder and a pinch of asafoetida is enough to make it flavorful and yum!. Try it and you will love it too. Goes well with rice, dosa and idli.

I came to know about Sireesha, after she joined our South Vs North Challenge (SNC) Event. She is a very enthusiastic and active participant and I must say she is a good blogger too and I love all her delectable recipes and step by step instructions. Though being a working women she posts almost everyday and keeps her blog lively and always updated.
