Vendakkai Sambar - Guest Post For Sireesha

Hi friends check out my 6th guest post that has been published at Sireesha's Space!!

Vendakkai Sambar - No Tomatoes, No Tamarind

This is a very easy to make yet tasty sambar that has been one of my signature recipe at home. The best part is, I haven't used tomatoes or tamarind here, but it still tastes so good. Just some spoonful of sambar powder and a pinch of asafoetida is enough to make it flavorful and yum!. Try it and you will love it too. Goes well with rice, dosa and idli.

Check out the recipe here!!!

Also check out my other Sambar recipe here!!

Me & Sireesha

I came to know about Sireesha, after she joined our South Vs North Challenge (SNC) Event. She is a very enthusiastic and active participant and I must say she is a good blogger too and I love all her delectable recipes and step by step instructions. Though being a working women she posts almost everyday and keeps her blog lively and always updated. That's a really very appreciable thing and I appreciate her for all the effort she puts into her blog.
