Winners Of The Facebook Event & Giveaway

Am sure you must have been aware of the facebook event with giveaway conducted on my blog few months ago. This was exclusively for the facebook fans for celebrating the 2500 likes "You Too Can Cook" had earned. And I must say that, it was the most successful event among all the others I've conducted. It was a "try my recipe" kinda event where participants were asked to try a recipe from my blog and post it on their my facebook page. I received nearly 420 entries and was awed at everyone's effort and delightful participation. There were many wonderful entries and I loved them all equally for the effort and time they had put into. Be it a single or multiple entries participation and effort matters. 

Among the 420 entries the top most contributor was Usha Rani with 81 entries and the second most contributor was Shobha Keshwani with 70 entries. I had so many pictures to review and judge, so then I selected a few pics that looked appealing to me and let people  on facebook decide the winner. And based on the number of likes on each picture (which I accounted as votes) I've chosen the winners. I promised 6 prizes but I've made it 8..!!!

1. Usha Rani was the top most contributor for this event (81 entries)  but unfortunately her facebook account got deleted eventually all her submissions got removed.  Hence I was not able to view any of her entries and judge hers. I did not want her efforts to go in vain, so be fair and appreciate her enthusiastic participation, I've allotted a special prize. Congrats Usha this is for your high spirits :)
